Norman Lewis Green, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Biology. In addition, he obtained is B.B.A in accounting at the University of Texas at Tyler in Tyler, TX. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, as well. His total accounting experience ranges over a span of thirty plus years, including Human Resources and payroll experience. Norman cares about helping others. He has learned through life experience the importance of being prepared for life's uncertainties.

Susan Boren Green attended Abilene Christian University and Kilgore College and received a degree in Business Administration. She was employed in the dental field for over thirty years as a dental assistant and worked as a leader in office management. She has a heart and passion for the down trodden and helping others.

Norman and Susan were married in 2002, and blended their families. Together, they are blessed with 6 children and 6 grandchildren. In recent years, they have personally faced tough decisions pertaining to their own parents, aunts, and uncles. As a result, a passion has blossomed for helping the elderly face so many uncertainties. They believe that God has prepared them for the ministry of Green Pastures Financial Services.
